Al Qaeda has them, and has had them for many years. Saudi Arabia is a state sponsor of terror, and we won't admit it. Beyond that, the Saudis have a nuclear program by proxy in Pakistan. These are the guys we need to deal with, and until we do so, Iran knows they have nothing to fear. Deal with Al Qaeda and Saudi Arabia, and we won't have to talk loudly for Iran to listen. Contrast that with the message sent by Bush. Three countries are accused of developing nukes. One doesn't have them, and gets clobbered and taken over. Another declares that they already have them, and gets left alone. The third country learns a lesson from this: get them as fast as possible. (Iraq, N.
