Sutter is a hoot. He is under some delusion that when one requests verification of a person’s service records they send you a copy of their DD214. What a deluded fool he is.

It doesn’t really matter, Sutter is such a loser that he never left Great Lake Illinois during his entire eight month “Navy Career”, he never even got a duty assignment. He was never a Naval officer, he was just an E3 who couldn’t make it pass A school.

The man is a just a scum bag with just a high school diploma who is embarrassed that his life was nothing but a series of failures and felony arrests.

If it even exists and is not yet more BS, then I thank you for giving me that information. I can assure you, I can find out anything I wish about you. So Foehammer, in other words, your attorney told you that you don’t have a case. The same thing that Google told you when you tried to get them to close my blog, the same thing that everyone else has told you.

Have you figured out yet that you’ve now been blocked by approximately 465 content filters and URL filters? If you think I control or influence that many companies, you’re even nuttier than you’ve already shown.

As to your claim about my time in the Navy, I’ll tell you the same thing I told LadyPredator. The only definitive evidence of time in service and time in rank is the DD214. Since you make the claim about “knowing beyond all doubt” about what I did in the service, then produce my DD214. LadyPredator admitted she couldn’t (after claiming she could – she got caught in yet another lie.)

As a final suggestion, you really could benefit from treatment for your paranoia.

Yes, Jim. Don’t worry. I am extremely patient. I have verified beyond any doubt that you have never been affiliated with any Navy “counter-terror” outfit. A friend of mine IS an ex-SEAL. You have lied about medals, military service and a plethora of other nonsense.

You have no foundation to work your insanity and evil from any longer, Jim.

Nobody taught you never to tug the tiger’s tail either. That’s a shame.

My lawyers and I already decided that sending you any letters was pointless. If and when I make a legal move on you it will be much more than a simple letter. It will mean that I am 100% sure that I can see you tossed in jail and/or have you permanently banned from access to the Internet and/or computers.

You really SHOULD be careful what you wish for. Indeed.

Libeling me and attempting to disclose my personal information and thus intentionally endangering my safety and that of my friends, family and associates is just one of the many actions that will have repercussions for you in the future. Reckless and stupid. Arrogant and fraudulent. Your best defense will be insanity, and if a rubber-walled room is your residence, all the safer for society in general.

Actually, the FBI will tell you that the IC3 site is for reporting crimes relating to the Internet, and that content-filtering companies are not committing crimes, as is explained in depth on my site, along with statutory and case law citations.
